== The Lugian Emissaries ==
During the [[The Calm]] event, three Lugian emissaries appeared in each of the starter towns with the offer of building special crafting forges. When used, the forges would give players a boon to their trade skills.

However, before the emissaries could activate the spells for each forge they needed forge essences. Players were requested to retrieve these essences from the Virindi Power Forges. Even though the forges are now built, you can still retrieve the essences and hand them into an [[Agent of the Arcanum]] for a [[Writ of Refuge]]. You can also give them to the crafting forges for experience and to permanently upgrade them so you obtain a longer-lasting spell. See the [[Power Forges]] quest write-up for details.
