While I don't know anything about the behind the scenes stuff, I believe Atarax has been targeted because his name is actually a drug and I have seen it pop up in spam sometimes myself...perhaps he should change his name if nothing else works.

| Text = The spam bot accounts are becoming a serious problem. Multiple accounts are created each day, editing their own user pages, creating spam pages, and also, for some reason, targeting specific pages like [[User:Atarax]]. Clearly, the current Captcha isn't working. How can we deal with this? Does anyone have access to the behind the scenes stuff? Do we need to contact wikkii? Can we try anything listed [http://www.mediawiki.org/wiki/Manual:Combating_spam here]?
