Accessed by handing the Guardian statue a [[A Phial of Bloody Tears]] in the [[Hizk Ri's Well of Tears]] dungeon.

You must reach four of the [[Eye of the Watcher]] objects for you level bracket (green=60-80, yellow=80-100, red=100+) before you can use the strange device and move on to the sewers.

All platforms leading up directly to the device are fake, so do not attempt to jump onto them. See map for all fake platform locations and also the quest walkthrough for a jumping guide.
