Known issue section is really just for new bugs that were introduced in the patch. missing paradox weapons aren't a bug and they aren't new. Plus, if turbine ever does decide to add new paradox weapons, they would surely mention it in the release notes, if not also in the month's lore articles or teaser shots - it wouldn't be something they would try to keep hidden.
