	**** The refresh button is present again however resized image caching problem appears to be either a long time delay in updating or a problem recognizing a new image needs to be created. 	***** According to Wikia staff ~~it can~~ the clearing isn't immediate so while the change was successful it can take some time for it to actually show up (so if you go back to the page later on it should appear correctly). In the pages I've checked myself this has been true.
