The Tusker King's throne room, only accessible from the [[Legend of the Tusker King]] dungeon. Speak with Oolutanga to be portaled into the buff room containing the portal to [[Arena of the Tusker Hero]].

You are flagged to enter the [[Idol of Wishes]] portal for 3 days when you have killed [[Mowen Udaun]] and spoken to Oolutanga.
