The Commendations Officer will tell you who in the East wing to talk to. Head there and get flagged for the test.		There are a few tasks in the Direlands Gear Knight Invasion Area that will also help out the ranking process as an initiate:<br><br>

			Task 1 - Gear Knight Phalanx Killtask<br>
			This task requires you to head out to the Gear Knight Invasion Area in the Direlands at 12.3s 75.0w and kill 10 Gear Knight Phalanxes (any kind). Gear Knights are weak to Acid attacks.<br><br>

			To get there, give Merkitz ibn'Akadh in Xarabydun one MMD note for a portal, head there from the Izji Qo's Temple Portal Device at your local mansion (from the drop, head to 15.8s 71.8w to ascend the cliff towards the area), from Fort Tethana, or the Walled Portals.<br><br>

			Task 2 - Pile of Gear Knight Parts Collection<br>
			This task requires you to loot 10 Pile of Gear Knight Parts off of the Gear Knight corpses from the Gear Knight Invasion Area in the Direlands at 12.3s 75.0w<br><br>

			Task 3 - Disrupting the Mana Siphon<br>
			You will be given an Unstable Mana Stone and will be tasked with giving it to the Mana Siphon at 10.2s 75.1w in the Gear Knight Invasion Area in the Direlands at 12.3s 75.0w<br><br>

You'll need to run to 55.7s 97.7e into the Catacombs of Tar'Kelyn (A statue atop of a platform will portal you). At the drop, you'll find the dungeon splits off into 3 wings; North, East, and West. You will need to grab a Key in one Wing that will be on the ground in the first large open room before a door. If you hit the door, simply turn back into the room and grab the key off the floor. The Key will be used for a door in a different wing altogether so you'll need to head back to the drop then down the wing that had the correct door for your key. Beyond that door, at the end of the wing, will be your boss. Kill it and loot the trophy item and bring it back to the NPC who tasked you with this.
