Ancient Enchanted Philter
Value: 0 15 Burden Units
An ancient carved philter from some form of clear stone. Special Properties: Attuned, Bonded Use this on the Well of Tears to collect the blood tears. Then return the item to the guardian.

Found on the ground just north of the dungeon start.
Results in A Phial of Bloody Tears when used on the font.
Get to the font by jumping down from the start, go east then turn right and linear to the font.
