* Can be upgraded to an [[Enhanced Assault Spear]] by adding a [[Weapon Upgrade Kit]].
* During the [[Master of Arms]] event, the skill was changed from Spear to [[Light Weapons]],  and the base damage upped from 6 - 24 to 13.2 - 44. The Activation of Spear: 250 requirement was removed and the Wield requirement changed from Level: 30 to Base Weapon: 250
