Special Properties: Crushing Blow Skill: Light Weapons (Mace) Damage: 21.5 - 43, Cold Speed: Average (40) Bonus to Attack Skill: +6% Bonus to Melee Defense: +6% Your base Light Weapons must be at least 300 to wield this item. Casts the following spells: Minor Light Weapon Aptitude, Blood Drinker VI Spellcraft: 250 Mana: 800 Mana Cost: 1 point per 30 seconds.

May be give to Belinda du Loc for xp.
During the Master of Arms event, the skill was changed from Mace to Light Weapons, the wield requirement and spells adjusted accordingly, and the base damage upped from 20.5 - 41 to 21.5 - 43.
