At the end of the first dungeon, across the bridge, are is a unique variant of the Sturdy Iron Key chests, a Sarcophagus.
At the end of the second dungeon is the Vortex, where you activate the Focusing Stone.
In the same room as the Vortex is an unopenable door of longstanding curiosity. It may be updated by the developers at some point in the future. Currently behind the door is an invisible Obsidian Rim portal. Behind the invisible portal is another door, which contains nothing but a wall.
