Goto the [[Penguin Cave Hatchery]] on the [[Isle of Ruin]]


Kill the [[Cave Penguin]]s inside until one of the them drops a [[Cave Penguin Egg]]. The drop rate is pretty high and usually you will get one in the first bunch you kill near the portal drop. There is a one day timer on picking up the egg.

Take the Cave Penguin Egg to [[Chef Martam]] in [[Silyun]]. He will either give you this potion, nothing, or a DCCL trade note.
