Quest Overview

Recover the Green Mire Warrior's Yoroi Cuirass and Yari from his resting place.

"In the swamps outside Shoushi you'll find the resting place of the once great Green Mire Warrior. You will need to discover a number of keys and use them to traverse his final resting place."

Lockpick skill can also be used instead of the keys.

Walk Through

Optional:

• Purchase the rumor, Green Mire Camp Directions, from Jaikite Sanzen the Barkeeper in Shoushi (33.7S, 72.5E).
• Talk to Hiro Ishigame in Shoushi at 33.7S, 72.8E.

The Green Mire Grave

1. From Shoushi run to the Green Mire Grave nearby at 27.8S, 71.6E.

Worn Key

1. Go south and hug the right wall, you should come to a a big room filled with Drudges and a corpse in the corner with a Personal note. Kill the Drudge Slave Keyholder and loot the Worn Key from its corpse. Portal recall if you have the spell, otherwise run back to the portal room by hugging the left wall.

Short Key

1. Go north past the Piece of parchment, and follow a series of larger rooms roughly, untill you hit a big room with a Braggart Mosswart. The Short Key is on its corpse. Portal recall or backtrack to the portal drop.

Large Key

1. Go east, follow a corridor, keep going east through a big room and negotiate a set of rooms, going roughly east past another Piece of parchment, south, east again and north, follow a corridor until it splits, take either corridor until see a ramp up to the west.
2. Go up, and unlock the door with the Short Key. Go west, up another ramp, and where you can look down to a larger room, go S through a small room, follow the corridor up a few ramps to a large room, where the third Large Key can be found on a Ravenous Mosswart.
3. Also in this room is the chest holding the Green Mire Yari, which can be unlocked with the green Worn Key.

Simple Key

1. Portal Recall or backtrack and jump down into the west room. Continue west through the portal room and at the first split, go left, and next right down a ramp.
2. Go east (left) at the next intersection. Follow the corridor until you see 4 prison cells (2 by 2). Use the red and silver Large Key to open the prison door, and the green Worn Key to open the chest - loot the Simple Key.

Silver Key

1. Backtrack to the 4way intersection, this time go west straight on, and follow the corridor till you reach another locked door. Use your newly acquired Simple Key for this one.
2. Keep going down all the ramps, till you hit a larger room. Kill the Mosswart Overchief for the final key, the Silver Key.
3. With this key, you can open the chest on the north side of the room, where the Green Mire Yoroi Cuirass is stashed.
4. Bring the cuirass along with the yari to Hiro Ishigame in Shoushi to be repaired and receive an xp reward. If you do not want any of the items, simply hand them to Hiro for some additional xp.

Lore & Dialog

Hiro Ishigame tells you, "Greetings, I am Hiro Ishigami, a scholar studying the history and artifacts of the Green Mire Warrior."
Hiro Ishigame tells you, "Perhaps you could assist me. When the Green Mire Warrior died, he was set to rest in a large complex used to serve as his grave. Since that time, however, it has been completely overrun with drudges, mosswarts, and all sorts of other horrible things."
Hiro Ishigame tells you, "If you were willing to go retrieve the Yari and Cuirass from those invading creatures, I would gladly reward you for the chance to study them. I can also repair them, if they are too damaged to be used and you wish them returned to you after my studies."
Hiro Ishigame tells you, "I have been told that the pieces no longer reside in the coffin itself, and that the entirety of the Green Mire Grave is separated by locked doors and hidden keys. So, if you go, it may take some exploration to find them both."
Hiro Ishigame tells you, "You will find the Green Mire Grave at 27.8S, 71.6E, northeast of here, upon a small hill to the east side of the river."

Notes

• During the Mirror, Mirror event, the Green Mire Yoroi Cuirass and Yari were updated and some texts were also added.
• During the Dispatch event, the cuirass and yari were updated again with new stats and spells. The quest was also updated with an additional step. You now had to take the warrior's armor and weapon to Hiro in Shoushi for repair and new experience rewards.
• During the Reforging the Past event, the quest was updated as one of the new Facility Hub Quests and received new uniquely named key carriers and a new AL on the cuirass. You could also now gain a higher xp reward by completing it through the hub.
