General
- At the very bottom of the dungeon lives the infamous Holtburg Lich which terrorized many newbies in the early days of AC.
- The Worn Small Key that is needed for the Sword of Lost Light Quest is found on a Swamp Rat in this dungeon.
- The Lich room has a trap just in front of the chests.
- You resist the spell cast by Lightning Trap

Runed Chest - Runed sarcophagus (diff. 100). Contains Tier 1 (lower than the unlocked chests!) loot.
Worn Small Key - Dropped by a Swamp Rat, see map.

- Surface - Found near drop area and also near Lich room, destination: 43.6N, 33.2E
