At the very bottom of the dungeon lives the infamous Holtburg Lich which terrorized many newbies in the early days of AC.
The Worn Small Key that is needed for the Sword of Lost Light Quest is found on a Swamp Rat in this dungeon.
The Lich room has a trap just in front of the chests.
