Notes
- Purchased from Marid the Stipend Vendor in Arwic.
- During the The Reaping event Agents of the Arcanum now give Martyr's Hecatomb, Martyr's Tenacity, and Martyr's Blight spells for the Life Spells Certificate.
- During the Spring 2014 Event the following changes were introduced;
- The Item Spells Certificate, Life Spells Certificate, Creature Spells Certificate and Combat Spells Certificate spells were all changed from Level 7 to Level 8 spells.
- Gives all level 8 Life spells that can be crafted, except for Revitalize Other. In addition the stipend gives the Level 8 versions of Imperil, the three Infusions, and the three Martyr's spells.
