- One team from the Empyrean Cloister Quest must take this route.
- Doors are opened by levers thrown in the Upper Empyrean Mausoleum and vice versa.
- The Barbed Fletching Tool, Obsidian Dagger, and Empyrean Scalemail Shirt drop off the Mausoleum Guardian in the final room.
