General

  • Before the introduction of the direct portal to Ayan Baqur and the mirrors of the Halls of Metos, this used to be the favorite dungeon for a tie close to AB. Especially popular when the vendor rates in AB were the most favorable ingame. Though the entrance portal is not summonable, the surface portal at the end is.
  • The Soul Chalice portal gem found in a Black Marrow Reliquary summons a portal to this dungeon
  • During the The Rise of the New Singularity Story Arc, the Virindi raided Ayan Baqur in the Spring's Sorrows event and kidnapped most of its inhabitants. Panoptican is where the missing townspeople were kidnapped to. A Virindi called Adirred the Theoretican guarded the slightly dazzled Townspeople. See here for some of their sayings.
