To help them you were requested to retrieve Forge Essences from the Power Forge dungeons. Now the forges are built the Emmissaries have left, however, you can now hand the Forge Essences to a [[Agent of the Arcanum]] for a [[Writ of Refuge]] or to one of the crafting forges for experience and to permanently upgrade them so you obtain a longer-lasting boon from all crafting forges.

Quest Overview
