This is an Armor Writ, granted to you as an Initiate of the Radiant Blood. These writs are normally puchased with Trade Tokens from the Armor Writ Quartermaster in your Stronghold for 25 Tokens, and can only be purchased once every 3 days.

Special Properties: Attuned, Bonded
