95.2N, 42.3W - Ruschk Encampment, on top of the easternmost ridge of the Shattered Outlands at 95.1N 42.3W. (Use the pass at 93N 47W.)
- Kill the Ruschk first to extract the item. Speak to Commander Rylane di Cinghalle.
Before finishing Killtask:
As you reach for a Small Totem, a nearby commotion causes you to withdraw your hand. There seem to be too many Ruschk in the area for your theft to go unnoticed.
After finishing Killtask:
You quietly grab the Small Ruschk Ice Totem from in front of the larger Ice Totem.
Ruschk Ice Totem gives you Small Ruschk Ice Totem.
