- Obtained by exchanging a stamped Scarlet Red Letter between Shoushi and Yaraq.
- In Yaraq, the town stamp is in Sea Temple Catacombs and stamped letters go to Mara al-Luq.
- In Shoushi, the town stamp is in Shreth Hive and stamped letters go to Oi-Tong Ye.
- During the Discoveries event, the wand received the following changes:
