- Obtained by exchanging a stamped Scarlet Red Letter between Yaraq and Yanshi.
- In Yaraq, the town stamp is in Sea Temple Catacombs and stamped letters go to Mara al-Luq.
- In Yanshi, the town stamp is in Deserted Ruin and stamped letters go to Dai Ya the Scholar.
- During the Discoveries event, the wand received the following changes:
