A throbbing wall of living fleshy material. The gurgling of acid and the presence of half-digested corpses alerts you to the fact that this is a stomach wall. You are in the belly of the beast.

Stomach Wall Locations. (Dungeons | Landscape Spawns | Points of Interest)
If you get eaten, and land in the Stomach of one of the kings, go into one of the corners, where there will be no damage from the acid. Use a Critical Strike weapon to get as many crits as possible on the Stomach Wall. Getting a crit gives you a chance to get out of the stomach:
Stomach Wall teleports you with Regurgitated.
