Use on a magic item to give the stone's stored Mana to that item. Stored Mana: 5,000 Efficiency:100% Chance of Destruction: 100%

Sold by one or more shopkeepers.
During the Mired Hearts event, the stored mana was updated from 2,000 to 5,000, the icon was updated and the charge was now sold by vendors.

Originally acquired through the Hieromancer's Armor quest only. Removed from the Lyceum during Treaties in Stone.
During the Forces of Nature event the following changes were made;
- The value of a Titan Mana Charge was dropped from 31,250 to 9,000.
