- Obtained by handing in an Tusker Head to a Mask Maker.
- Hand a Tusker Mask back to the Mask Maker to receive a Tusker Wand or Tusker Backpack (random) instead.
- You give Alexander the Deft Tusker Head.
- Alexander the Deft tells you, "Tuskers are very scary foes. But they aren't so scary with their heads cut off!"
- Alexander the Deft gives you Tusker Mask.
