- Given by Al-Shashqa at 12.3S, 75.0W in the Direlands Gear Knight Resistance Camp
- Hand it to the Mana Siphon at 10.2S, 75.1W, next talk again to Al-Shashqa
- You give Mana Siphon Unstable Mana Stone.
- As you place the Gem into the Mana Siphon, there is a large discharge of Mana into the sky!
