An incomplete device made from several pieces of metal found on Barbaric Mukkir Generals. You have no idea as to what its purpose may be. Special Properties: Attuned, Bonded This device appears to be incomplete. A cylindrical hole remains in the center of the device.

Made by combining a Section of a Strange Device with other Pieces of a Device dropped by the Mukkir Generals during the From the Darkest Depths live events.
A Shadow Shard could be used to complete the device to create an Inactive Device.
