A simple heart has been carved into the metal of the ring. Your base Item Magic must be at least 250 to wield this item. Casts the following spells: Power of Enchantment Activation Requirements: Arcane Lore: 100 Spellcraft: 350 Mana: 1000 Mana Cost: 1 point per 20 seconds.

• The spell overrides Celcynd's Blessing (VII) or lower, and is overridden by Incantation of Item Enchantment Mastery Self (VIII). At low levels of item skill this means the ring can be a detriment rather than a bonus.
