Ruined Amulet of the Crossbow

An amulet crafted in pyreal that bears the symbol of a crossbow. The amulet is damaged, seemingly beyond repair. Special Properties: Attuned, Bonded This might fit into a setting created for it.

Retired during the Master of Arms event.
Used to be dropped by Scrawed Grievvers.
Does not stack.
Give to Balthazar, Royal Guardian for an Elixir of Vigor for use in the Nuhmudira's Boon Quest.
Combine with a pair of Sunstone Gauntlets to create Crossbowman's Gauntlets.
