Bonus to Mana Conversion: +15% (+32%)

Damage bonus for Fire war spells:
_vs. Monsters: +10%
_vs. Players: +2.5%

You base War Magic must be 340 to wield this item.

Casts the following spells: Ilservian's Flame, Incantation of War Magic Mastery Self, Epic War Magic Aptitude, Major Spirit Thirst, Aura of Incantation of Spirit Drinker

Activation Requirements: Arcane Lore: 300

Can be turned in for a Mana Forge Key and 46,709,251 XP at Popkin of the Gate
