Notes
- One of the Spectral Weapons, it is crafted by adding a Spectral Binding Stone sold by Hurnmel the Smith in Graveyard to a Spectral Staff.
- During the Master of Arms event, the skill was changed from Staff to Finesse Weapons, the spells and wield requirement changed accordingly, and the base damage upped from 28 - 40 to 39.2 - 56
