Casts the following spells: The Spike, Aura of Mystic's Blessing, Minor Focus, Minor Willpower, Major War Magic Aptitude, Aura of Cragstone's Will, Aura of Infected Spirit Caress

One of the Spectral Weapons, it is crafted by Hurnmel the Smith from a Spectral Ingot
Add a Spectral Binding Stone to create a permanent version, the Soul Bound Staff (Casting).
May be traded either as the Casting Staff Stamped Spectral Ingot or while the 3 day timer is counting down.
Note that some spectral weapons lose their 160+ req when made soul bound, this isn't one of them, it retains a 160 req.
