Wielded by various Sclavus on Moarsman Isle, and Freebooter Isle
During the Master of Arms patch, the skill changed from Dagger to Light Weapons and the damages was increased from buffed 13 - 52 to 21 - 84. Also, an Attack and Melee mod could be determined and Incantation of Defender and Incantation of Heart Seeker were added.
