You hand over 1 of your Chipped Message Shards.
Diyas al-Yat tells you, "Another Virindi crystal? Fantastic!"
Diyas al-Yat tells you, "Those Virindi with their tests and their experiments. Why can't we all just get along?"

Diyas al-Yat gives you Translated Chipped Message Shard.

Translated Chipped Message Shard

A letter containing the translated text from the Chipped Message Shard

Specimen: Lugian

Journal entry: 4

The rage and hostility within this creature remains a constant. Strong of body, but weak of mind. While they do show positive traits for enlightenment, the negatives far outweigh them. A structure and order oriented being makes the Lugian appear an ideal candidate, yet they are far inferior in the ways of the magical arts and the capacity to even grasp such basic concepts.

Continued experiments must be run before marking the species as unworthy, but early research has been disappointing.
