- Originally dropped by Marauders in Arwic, now found in the Northern Pyramid in Patriarch's Valley
- Turn the stones in to the Royal Scout (originally just the one in Arwic)
- Turn in 30 to the Royal Scout for the title Arwician.
- Turn in 90 total to the Royal Scout for the title Arwic Noble.
- Stack Size is 30. The Royal Scout takes all the stones out of your inventory when you hand them in so there is no point is getting more than 30 at a time.
