Notes
- Obtained by talking to a Royal Guard (one time per character). You will only receive a writ if your character existed before May 2008 since this is compensation for problems with game stability prior to that time.
- Exchange with the Royal Quartermaster at 2.8S 19.6E in Samsur for various items (see Royal Quartermaster for a complete listing).
