A lone igloo with 16 Stasis Wisps, some Vapor Golems and an unlocked Runed Chest (tier 5 Loot).

This was the original location for the Minor Shivering Stone before it was moved to an igloo at 42.7N, 49.8E during the Heart of Woe event.
