- During the Cloak of Darkness event the Black Page of Salt and Ash was added as a random reward at the Low Stakes Casinos.
- Pickup timer: 24 hours (must be Red PK to pickup)
- Obtained by using the Black Book of Salt and Ash, located in the Cells of the Black Book at 10.3S 50.3E near Yanshi.
- Increases the attack modifier of the weapon being wielded by 10% for 30 minutes.
