- Obtained by exchanging a stamped Scarlet Red Letter between Al-Arqas and Yanshi.
- In Al-Arqas, the town stamp is in Abandoned Shops and stamped letters go to Jilsaya bint Dah.
- In Yanshi, the town stamp is in Deserted Ruin and stamped letters go to Dai Ya the Scholar.
