The second dungeon for the Caul Recall quest.
You will get here by the Caul Asylum.
At the end, you will find a portal to the Caul Sanatorium.
The door to the portal is opened with the Athenaeum Key dropped by The Sage, who can spawn in any of the 4 rooms (see map).
