A piece of the Empyrean Rings set. A ring of pyreal fitted with a band of glowing blue metal. Special Properties: Attuned, Bonded, Ivoryable One of the five Empyrean Rings. Any two combine for an additional spell set. You must be at least level 150 to wield this item. Casts the following spells: Epic Willpower, Mana Renewal Other Incantation, Empyrean Mana Absorbtion, Mana Conversion Mastery Incantation, Major Piercing Ward Spellcraft: 325 Mana: 1000 Mana Cost: 1 point per 30 seconds.

Part of the Empyrean Rings Set.
Created by combining an Empyrean Crystal with a Blue Empyrean Ring.
When worn with another ring of the set, the bonus spells are Armor Other Incantation (+250 Armor), Web of Resistance, Web of Defense, and Web of Deflection.
The ring becomes attuned to the person that adds the crystal.
