The dungeon portal appears as a floating rock on the landscape, there is a purple dot on radar.

General

You have to run through the rock to go in the portal, you cannot use the portal. Although the portal doesn't show a level requirement, to do the flagging you must be 40+ (unverified). There is a tiable/summonable portal to this dungeon at the start of the Underway dungeon.
