General

The Dungeon is located inside Nuhmudira's Mansion.
Contrary to most mansion dungeons, it is recallable, but not summonable
At first, the dungeon looks like a normal mansion dungeon, and is completely empty of any life.

For the Nuhmudira's Journal Quest, go through different rooms until you find a small room to the SW, where you can use a Tome to open a Bookcase.
To get back to the Mansion, you can use a Candle one ramp down from the Bookcase.
This part holds lower level Sclavus.
Keep going down, and go left at the first intersection (to the east), there is a room holding the Journal.
Straight is a bigger room with a Sacrified Zharalim

Cydna Wren's Portal Gem also gives access to another part of this dungeon, , you will find yourself directly in the warehouse with the crates. There will be no creatures here
A false wall behind a pully to the east gives access to the Zharalim Room.

During the Dance of the Dead patch, the dungeon got updated for the Lunnum's Return Quest, with Sclavus Lords and crates being killable Storage Crates, holding the Blue Face Paint Recipe.
To get access, go to one of the NW rooms, there will be another Bookcase, just opposite the room with lots of crates. This bookcase shows by ID-ing that it is a non-recallable, non-summonable portal (restricted 120+), and gives access to another dungeon, simply called Bookcase.
