Altar of Bael'Zharon Quest

General

An old dungeon in the Northwest Direlands populated mainly by very low level Undead.
This dungeon has a special quest that provides you with a portal straight to it. You must get an Broken Sigil from Dungeon Nye and hand it to Grilhud the Hermit who in turn will summon a portal to the dungeon.
At the bottom of the dungeon is an Altar of Bael'Zharon, which you can use to be a Player Killer.
There are some locked doors in the dungeon but Lockpick is not required to reach the Altar. There are also a few junk loot chests that are locked.
