One of the Spectral Weapons, it is crafted by adding a Spectral Binding Stone sold by Hurnmel the Smith in Graveyard to a Spectral Sword.
During the Master of Arms event, the skill was changed from Sword to Heavy Weapons and the spells adjusted accordingly. The damage remained unchanged.
