Officially just named "Basement", it is located in the basement of Ulgrim's Cottage.
This is where Ulgrim the Unpleasant stashes all his treasures, his library, his collection of casting devices and creature trophies, and of course, his favorite beers.
Unfortunately, it is infested with mice....
