Why did you delete the redirect of "Glenden Woods" to "Glenden Wood"? It's standard practice on Wikis that mis-spellings are redirected to the properly spelled page. 98.204.69.122 19:00, 27 October 2007 (CDT)
Gouru 02:51, 28 October 2007 (CDT) I looked for all the references to the misspelled name, corrected the spelling to where they then linked to the correct page. Once all the corrections were made, I deleted the redirect as it was then orphaned. Didn't see a reason to leave the misspellings in the articles.
- Even though you've cleaned up all references to the bad spelling, people may still search for, or manually enter the misspelled title. Better for them to hit a redirect when they do that, than a 404. Personally, I manually type wiki URLs all the time, so typo redirects save me a lot of time. Merreborn 00:24, 17 July 2008 (CDT)
