Walk Through

Talk to Farmer Kao at 51.4N, 7.5E (Crater to Ianna Portal at 66.5N, 14.2E).
Enter the nearby The Fazenda Caves at 49.8N, 7.7E.
Find the following items in the dungeon (see map for where to find what):

Attack Fazenda Terror, the large ursuin down in the caves.
Loot Head of Fazenda Terror from the boss. It drops 1 per kill.
Return to Farmer Kao, and hand him his belongings for 325,000 xp each, and the Head for the Decorative Ursuin Head and an additional 1,000,000 xp.
