Bonus to Melee Defense: +15.0% (+32.0%) Your Missile Weapons must be at least 360 to wield this item. Casts the following spells: Eye of the Storm, Aura of Atlan's Alacrity, Temeritous Touch, Aura of Infected Caress, Aura of Cragstone's Will Activation Requirements: Arcane Lore: 250 Spellcraft: 400 Mana: 800 Mana Cost: 1 point per 30 seconds.
